Infertility difficulties is one of life’s the most challenging experiences. The rollercoaster of emotions that are experienced during the fertility process typically affect several areas of life. It’s not unusual that infertility triggers feelings of shock, anger, anxiety, loneliness with a profound sense of loss and fear for the future. It can affect relationships with partners, families and friends and at times it may feel like no one understands.

I support individuals, heterosexual and same sex couples through all aspects of fertility treatment including IUI, IVF and support clients with planning to create a family through surrogacy and donor conception.

I have completed The British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) Foundation Training Course that is recognised by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) in the UK.

Counselling offers a safe place that focuses specifically on supporting the emotional wellbeing of clients experiencing fertility challenges where you can explore difficult feelings and deal with issues you are experiencing. It enables you to reduce the impact that infertility is having on your life, to talk through your options, prepare for treatment and have support afterwards.
